Facilities Operations Coordinator
Salary: £23,237 - £24,344 per annum
Contract: Permanent and Full-Time
Location: Coventry (multiple locations)

Key duties will include:
• Contributes to sales targets by responding to general questions from students, staff and local community, supporting sports facilities enquiries and bookings.
• Manages financial records, ensuring revenue is reconciled correctly, maintaining accurate and auditable records of financial transactions in accordance with company financial regulations.
• Supervises the effective implementation of CUSU Services Health and Safety policies.
• Encourages staff, students, and the local community to use the facilities.
• Provide support behind the bar
Working hours and Location
Location – based at Westwood Heath with some cover at the Square One venue, in central Coventry, when required.
This post is a permanent role, and the full-time contract is 36.5 hours per week.
Shift rota basis | 5 days over 7 | including evenings and weekends
Salary Details
The salary is £23,237 – £24,344 pa.
It is usual to start at the bottom of the grade and this will increase incrementally on an annual basis.
